FREE USPS First Class Shipping within the 50 States for all orders – no minimum amount! We ask you to allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process and review your order once submitted. SimpleLife360 ships orders by USPS. USPS Priority Mail is optional at a flat fee of $10. Free USPS First Class Shipping times are usually 1 to 4 business days after processing but can vary due to recipient zip code location. Please keep in mind that these timelines are estimates and do not account for holidays, inclement weather, back orders, or general US Postal Service performance. Payment receipt and tracking information are sent to you via email after your order is complete.


Our 30-Day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in returned in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to the address below.

To return your product, please contact us first to get an RMA (Return merchandise authorization).
